The Welders in the Mail

I have invested in a tool that will help with the restoration of the Wagon. It is a Mig Welder from the Eastwood Company. I believe Lincoln makes the welder for them, and the reviews are very good for this welder. The good price of $339, and the Free Shipping deal for the month made it almost stupid to not jump on this deal.

It is a 110AC/135A output mig welder. It will work with normal home electrical plug.  It will work on floor pans & sheetmetal, but sadly my dreams of welding the hulls of large ships in my driveway are extinguished by this welder.

So hopefully by the end of the month, the ’58 wagon will have new floor pans installed. Stay tuned.
